Our only concern is that there are insufficient staff in the breakfast area whenever the hotel is fairly busy. In all other respects entirely satisfied particularly with the helpful and very pleasant attitude of all the staff on duty!

Friendly staff, excellent housekeeping. We had a dog friendly room which was spotless, there was a dog bed, bowl, towel & treats & even a doggy guest book a lovely touch. The room was a good size with a fridge which we like when going away. Large bathroom with shower, really comfy bed which was also large . Perfect position on the river, great walks with your dog, Coppa Club restaurant very dog friendly. We will be back.

Free upgrade to a studio, very nice staff. Perfect location central yet quiet and close to station and buses. Third time here, have tried all the house rooms. Never been in the old part of the hotel
