The breakfast was delicious and there was lots of choice. Every day, we were left a piece of homemade cake each in our room. The coffee and tea making facilities were excellent with fresh milk left in the mini fridge daily as well as a bottle of water each. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Rob and Melissa were extremely helpful giving us directions to the places we wanted to go and advising us on good places to eat and shop. The location was also good as it is on the border of Wales and other scenic places.

Location was perfect, the Shepherds Hut was exceptional, tastefully decorated, the separate hut for the shower and toilet was just as well maintained and all the added little touches added by the host Carrie made it a wonderful weekend.
Loved the marshmallows and sticks provided for toasting on the firepit.

Excellent value for money and included cooked breakfast served by friendly staff.
Enjoyed a delicious meal in the pub on arrival which was freshly cooked with generous portions.
Lovely bedding and nice aroma in the bedroom.
Good location for stopover on our journey further north.

The service was above and beyond, very attentive staff who were very happy to serve us breakfast outside overlooking the beautiful gardens and countryside. The breakfast was especially good including home made granola that had orange zest in it and the Turkish Eggs were delicious. We will look forward to returning and very happy to recommend to our friends and family.
