I don’t think I’ve ever received a warmer welcome. Only booked for one night when I decided to travel a day early but could easily have stayed longer. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the owner, who greeted me as I arrived. There was even a gift for my dog in the room. The room was lovely, looking out to the small loch. Food was home cooked and delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Original unique and quirky, this is an exceptional place. Ancient thick stone walls and a peat fire which was really cosy. Dont expect a 5* hotel but do expect a memorable and comfortable private stone bothy with truly lovely hosts, access to a brand new bathroom with squeaky clean shower/ wc in the main house and Jackie showed us how she makes Harris tweed which was more than we expected and a really wonderful extra insight into local culture

Everything was amazing.
It is really great for the price especially compared to most of the other hotels on the island.
