I had work & friends to meet elsewhere so going back because as I left I came across the most stunning walk/valley & river. The village itself has a quaint shop with coffees etc. Easy for Cirencester. Burford Bibury. I ate at the pub-sorry there was nothing left on the plate to photograph.

Night away from home for New Years Eve. Absolutely beautiful, the building is stunning and it’s surroundings! Food was amazing, we even took Ive Labrador. Such a friendly place, really romantic! Food and staff excellent Room not so no heating in room and none in bathroom freezing that stayed like that all weekend and that’s after complaining 1st night didn’t bother to shower freezing went to pub to get warm 2nd night had to shower freezing last morning no hot water still no heating before leaving all that for £160 a night but did not want to ruin our 30th marriage celebrations hind sight should have pulled up stumps gone somewhere else
