DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham, hotel in Colesbourne

The Georgian manor house of DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham offers complimentary WiFi, free parking, and is set in beautiful landscaped gardens that overlook Lilley Brook's 18-hole golf course.

Cheltenham is a very nice place, worth a visit. We would go there again. Hotel was OK. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was good and there was a good variety, it wasn't cheap though. The bed was comfortable. There is a fitness area but we didn't have time to use it so can't comment on how good it is. Parking was included.

Cowley Manor Experimental, hotel in Colesbourne

This contemporary-chic country house hotel is situated in the Cotswolds, surrounded by 55 acres of parkland, woods and meadows. Its gardens have natural springs, lakes, and Victorian cascades.

Lovely entrance and lead up to the front of the hotel. Friendly staff at reception. Room was great and everything was there that we needed. Dinner was good we enjoyed. One gripe was the 10 ice cubes in a coke. Breakfast ticked the box as well. Sausage and bacon was a bit tough. Great croissants! Grounds were lovely we had a walk around and sat and enjoyed the view overlooking by the Lake. Would come back again for sure.

It was really close to where I needed to be. I didn't get to spend much time at the hotel as I had a late arrival. I did get a bit lost and the person I spoke to helped me to find the hotel. It was a really nice room and setting and I would book again.

Fabulous traditional Coaching Inn in the heart of the Cotswolds. Cozy pub with numerous wood burning fireplaces, comfy furniture, and great food. The breakfast's in the mornings were great as well. Plenty of parking on site, in a quiet area near everything.

We stayed over the weekend of the RAF Fairford Tattoo - and we needed to be at the airfield very early. Breakfast was 8-10 and there was no offer of early breakfast or a reduction on the bill. The staff were brilliant - no complaints at all over them, they were friendly speedy and efficient. My major gripe is the en suite bathroom sink which was the smallest I have ever seen and also seemed very low - and it was grubby. We ate every evening in the pub - food was superb - but special mention to the Sunday lunch - wow. The road outside the pub is very busy.
