Fantastic accommodation. A very thoughtfull basket of food for breakfast with little treats.
Clogger as a quaint village is super! People are so friendly… driving is a little mental but going into a shop and leaving everyone says hello! Friendly folks!! Hotel is far enough and close enough for any essentials.

Lovely place and very clean but was so so cold on arrival.
Lovely place and very clean but was so so cold on arrival. Only way we could get it warm was by putting on log burner but the basket of logs didn’t even last 2 hours. Then any further baskets of logs were being charged for which we thought should have been included in the price as it wasn’t cheap. Bed very uncomfortable and left us with sore backs. TV very small. We stayed over Christmas and thought the place would have been made to look and feel more Christmassy but no, just a small artificial tree with no lights on top of the dresser. Overall we were disappointed with our stay which we had been really looking forward to.
The room was spacious and well equipped. The bed was firm but comfortable. The en suite was spacious and had lots of shelf space for toiletries. Breakfast was generous and served until 9:45am (but go down earlier rather than later if you want to avoid dried out bacon and rubbery eggs). The restaurant was pretty good for dinner - I can particularly recommend the beetroot and goat’s cheese starter. The staff were fantastic. The hotel grounds were beautiful and it was a lovely, quiet area. There were good smoking areas.
The setting was beautiful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the decor was of a really high quality. The staff were very welcoming and professional in their approach. The girl who sang in the evening was so good and very entertaining
beautiful hotel and gardens, staff are great. breakfast was included in the stay and was lovely. the only thing I could say is the room was very warm but the staff were so helpful and got us 2 fans!
