The room was super comfortable, immaculate and modern decor inc hot drinks and biscuits. Although advertised as a small double, just for myself it was more that adequate. Lovely clean bathroom, hot showers and great toiletries as well. The hotel is very beautiful inside and out. The breakfast in the morning was superb and the staff were very polite and accommodating. Central to the Ottery St Mary town so easy to walk in and beside a large Sainsbury’s. I highly recommend a stay here and hope to return myself sometime in the future.

The place by itself was great love the ambiance the staff are really friendly and we love the beautiful nature specially the Dog are allowed so nice to see some guest enjoying their stay with the dog such a natural environment it felt like home definitely we will be back with the family vacation.

It's recently been refurbished, and this showed - the bed was amazingly comfy, the rooms were clean and tidy but it's also obviously well maintained. Fabulous to stay in a thatched building! Really quiet overnight, even though there's a road in front and we had a window open. Breakfast was fabulous. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

the family are lovely and the facilities are clean and well maintained. you can purchase thier meats and wools, have BBQs with local coal. the breakfasts are beautiful!! it was home away from home for us and they were very sweet with my 2 year old who spent the whole week existing as a tantrum.
must forget the fairy walk, hot tub, I could go on forever. they are wonderful people and we hope to go back. Thier website shows what they have to offer at thier prices *hint
