This is our 3rd time staying at the George Inn and the breakfast is one of the best we've had in all our experience of travelling. Freshly cooked and great quality, with good choices. Very nice place, Nice shower and comfortable room. Easy to recommend this facility. Owner was very helpful and the location was nice. I am sure many good reviews do more justice than me as again just overnight. Ideal for me near my destination and right price.

The location was exactly what we wanted - peaceful with access to good walking and cycling routes. The place itself is bijou and cozy, with a comfortable bed. There was a lovely brook running between the hosts' home and the holiday space, visible from the sitting area.

Unfortunately, I did not have time for breakfast. The room was a little snug but I knew that. Loved the pub, especially as it had decent beer.
