Exceptionally clean, beds comfortable, staff helpful & friendly. Location is excellent & parking normally easy (currently less than £10 for 24 hrs, & for those with electric cars there are charging stations). I have stayed here several times now. Good value.

The staff were very helpful, we dropped our bag off at reception and on our return they had delivered it to our room. The room was lovely and clean, and the breakfast was delicious.
Just off the A46, south of the city of Lincoln and with good access to the area’s major roads, the hotel offers free parking and comfortable rooms at great-value rates.

Hotel in general looked very tired, although I did manage to get a disabled parking space all the other spaces were taken up by none disabled. Didn't use restaurant went to the windmill Greene king a couple of times.
With a waterfront location, this 4-star hotel has a rooftop restaurant and a bar, both with views across Lincoln’s skyline and cathedral.

The bed was comfy but the pillow were not very comfy, the bathroom and shower were average and the tv. The view was poor for the price of the room. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was 10 out of 10. Nice location with nearby places to eat and drink
