Carpets were disgraceful
Stains everywhere complained nobody available on desk, emailed and someone responded the afternoon after we checked out, when checking out young girl asked was are stay OK, I said, explained why and also that the air con was not working room was sweltering as it had been a warm day, she just said oh.
