Everything was very good - the room, the breakfast, the staff - unfortunately the weather was very wet and many of the shops were either closed of shut early.

Quaint old building with some modern extensions. Friendly owner (Julie). Comfy bed, firm mattress. Parking right outside. Easy and quite nice walk 5 - 10 mins into Totnes. Nice garden to sit in if warm and sunny. Breakfast food was good. Quiet establishment and area.
