Felt like we were staying in a castle with stunning views . It was comfy cosy and spotless. Loved the breakfast left in our room and not forgetting the oat milk we had requested. Lovely touch selling products I purchased a Ginger bear candle. As quite remote such a great idea to leave wine / beer to purchase. The beer was so welcome to my husband after a long drive. Many thanks for having us.

Highland cabin - relaxing hot tub, hotel in Bearnock

Situated in Inverness, 29 km from Inverness Railway Station, Highland cabin - relaxing hot tub provides accommodation with a hot tub.

I can't fault the cabin itself at all, it was lovely, beds were comfortable and the kitchen facilities were great, my boyfriend is on the tall side so the doorways and shower were the only thing he struggled with. Any questions we had were answered pretty quickly, which was also helpful, and the hot water bottles in the bedroom were definitely a nice touch since we were both feeling the cold.

Very well thought out with lots of things to make our stay special. The dogs loved the freedom to be able to wander on the fields and we especially loved the outside area where we could relax. There are some lovely walks around.

We got upgraded to a hostel room, which was great as the glamping pods do not have heating. The shared kitchen and dining facilites were quite good and well kept. There is also a drying room for wet clothes and shoes.

Location was fantastic, views, secluded spot, shower was great. Bad points:- Needs Deep cleaning, replace sofa due to stains and odour, replace wardrobe as it Stank inside, curtains and blinds need repairing or replaced, smoke alarms need attention, kept sounding for No reason throughout the nite, even though heating etc was turned off. If your not confident driving or mobilty problems, the access track up to this lodge is challenging, not mentioned in booking details !!!!!. If the owner spent a little money on track and interior of lodge, this place would be a real hidden gem, REALLY is a shame
