Location & the very busy/friendly lad that seemed to do everything at the hotel; checked us in (once we'd found him), he served in the bar, waited on tables, he is the places biggest asset !! All with a smiling face,

Lovely, full of character, tastefully furnished, big room, comfortable huge bed, good shower, great breakfast choices, wonderful poached eggs! Welcoming cookies with teas and coffee in the bedroom. Pleasant roomy lounge area downstairs. Very nicely situated, good parking, short walk into Stamford.
