    Everything was Fab.

Everything was Fab. Even a Xmas tree:-) Two bedrooms were good size, comfortable, lovely views from them onto gardens and on same level as living/dining room, so great for children. Warm and cosy. Great garden area with squirrels and birds, playground for kiddies, footpaths for walks. Mezzanine ladder took a bit of getting used to but we mastered it in end. Very peaceful even with our grandchildren there.
