It was a decent hotel. Good size room and clean. For us it was a plus that it had private parking.

A very convenient smaller town with excellent cheap transport to explore Nice where the Rugby World Cup was being held. a fine town beach with many beachfront restaurants along a boardwalk provided choices for eating while watching the sun go down over nearby Antibes.

An excellent hotel based near the airport.
An excellent hotel based near the airport. The location is great - a few steps to the beach, a dozen or so restaurants on the Esplanade, and the shopping center CAP3000 a short walk away. The room size was great, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the balcony looking out to the sea was fabulous. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel's free airport shuttle bus a boon to travellers. All in all, an enjoyable stay - a very welcome bonus at the end of the holiday for weary travellers, and I look forward to returning.

Great location, overpriced. we ate at the restaurabt associated with the hotl and were pleased. We did not get a room with an oeanview as advertised and we were met with a "courteous" apology but nothing more. Shop around before you choose to stay here.

My trip was based in the Cap 3000 mall and a local hotel and conference centre. So I did not use the town much except for travel connections which are very good and it is easy to get to the rest of the Riviera for very good prices.

St. Laurent is the second-largest suburb of the city of Nice, after Cagnes-sur-Mer, in the urban community of Nice Côte d'Azur. It lies adjacent to it on the west side on the other side of the river Var.

Beds were decent and room was nice.
Beds were decent and room was nice. However, pictures of hotel’s exteriors don’t reflect reality. Its an old building that smells like damp. Also ironing board and iron only found in a small laundry room on the 1st floor. Very impractical.

We had a rental car so needed Parking , this hotel had a big parking area with CCTV cameras.
We had a big balcony area with a view of the sea and planes arriving and taking off from Nice airport.
We had an early morning flight so was an 8 minute drive to the airport.
It was a short walk to the sea where we swam and then that night had a delicious dinner at one of the many restaurants and bar. The Receptionist was friendly and spoke enough English to let us know where the restaurants were. Very good value for money in that location.
The villa was clean and spacious, with a great breakfast selection taken in the garden. Secure off street parking provided. The friendly host was extremely helpful with local travel trips. I'm glad I took Willy's advice and visited, Villfranche-sur-Mer on my return from Monaco. The SNCF station, Saint-Laurent-du-Var is just 7 minutes walk from the villa. Bus/Tram tickets can be purchased at the large modern shopping Mall, about 20 minute walk from the villa. A recommended stay.

Excellent service by staff as our youngest child where in need of a doctor at 21.30 at night. Friendly, service-minded and patient. Very helpful as I do not speak French.
The breakfast was good with many alternatives. The hotel also offered a shuttle-bus service to the airport for free.
Great location near the airport, and as well next to a direct bus to Nice centre as well as the beach and the shopping mall. Great place to stay at a stop-over when visiting Provence.
Good location!
One block from the sea and it's boulevard with restaurants and terraces. Though for a nicer beach and good swim we went to neighboring Cagnes.
5 minutes walk to the Cap 3000 for shopping and to bus station with Bus no 12 bringing you to Nice.
Large balcony with a view to a big nice pine tree and street life
Big bonus - underground parking. Not easy to park a bigger car but it's manageable.
Owners very welcoming and helpful
The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food and drinks are great and reasonably priced for a hotel. The room is very modern and cleverly designed. We enjoyed noticing all the details like the glass walls, the lamps, the table and chair, etc. The room was very small but functional and the bed was comfortable.
Average hotel but reasonable for the price paid. Balcony for the room we had was huge (probably just as big as the room itself) which was nice. Pool was very nice and made the visit much better. Staff were friendly and accommodating where they could be. 5 minute walk to the sea front which had some lovely restaurants.
Everything was as expected. Reading the reviews we knew in advance that it's not the newest hotel, but it was clean and had everything we needed in the apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient if you want to explore the cities around.

Everything! The ocean view most of all.
The apartment is spacious and well divided between bedroom and living area. Very comfortable and practical for meals.
The location is ideal: close to the beach, train station, mall, airport. We had a car and we were able to park easily in the street.
Wonderful apartment, super spacious and functional. The hot tub in the patio was a great to relax after a long day exploring Nice.
The location is well connected to Nice via the train station and the beach, restaurants, and the shopping center is just around the corner.
Very friendly stuffs, especially the Hotel Manager( the Indian guy) Sorry forgot the name.
The whole hotel stuffs were all orginized, friendly.
The location and the hotel very beautiful.
Thanks
very good location. Close to the coast as well as shopping area. The area was quiet and safe. Private parking space was available in front of building. The room was clean and comfortable.
We needed a place to stay before our 6am flight home to the USA. This place was perfect— comfortable, had a gym for my sons, close to the beach and restaurants, excellent service.
Sandrine is a very good host and very helpful. The studio was clean and well organized, near to all amenities (bus station, beach, marina, restaurants, mall,..).
