The food was very good, local cuisine. The hotel is in a charming town, a fortress. It is worth taking a stroll around the area. At the same time, it is close to the tourist attractions of Alsace and neighbouring areas in Germany.TomaszPoland

Spacious, comfortable and with all the required amenities. I received an SMS a few hours before coming to the hotel with all the information that I needed to enter the building and access my room. Great organisation.

We also had a good meal in the hotel restaurant, sitting on the garden terrace. Neuf Brisach is a lovely little town in the Alsace wine district with very interesting fortifications and a wonderful declaration by Victor Hugo on a plaque on the town hall.

A useful stop before crossing the Rhine into Germany. There is a pretty little courtyard at the back where you can dine on warm evenings.
