We only stopped for a night during a longer road trip, so I can't speak much about the village, but the hotel is great: large comfortable rooms, a lovely pool, and convenient touches like a well-supplied honesty bar and a tasty breakfast.
Set outside Moureze, this hotel is just a 10-minute drive from Salegou Lake and Clermont-l’Hérault. You can relax in the outdoor swimming pool.

We had a room overlooking the mountains and it was very tranquile and the host was terrific as to his kind attention for our short visit. Great breakfast including omelettes by the host served on the spectacular terrace.
We walked the Circe de Moureze the next morning and it is quite an experience, best for able walkers as quite tricky in places. Hotel has a lovely pool and it was great to chill in after a rather hot journey on our arrival.

We stayed only one night on our way to Dordogne. The area is beautiful and the hotel looks like a little village. Very warm welcome by the owner. As it was the last week before the hotel closed for the winter we were upgraded to a second floor with a small terrace. The rooms are large and comfortable. We ate diner at the hotel restaurant which was excellent. All in all a very good experience

We loved everything about this place. We went two summers in a row. Really clean, beds for the 4 of us were perfect. We love love this place. The service is just fantastic. The place has been set up with love.

Very limited resources only the absolute tiniest of bakers who displayed signs about English children shoplifting and the main restaurant (of three) declined to take a table reservation during our stay, yet had vacant prepared tables on the nights in question. Also there was not a shop to buy basic food/provisions.
