Staying at Château de Ternay is a different kind of accommodation that perfectly suits you if you are in the area to visit as many chateaux de la Loire as you can. It's held by the same family that lived there for centuries and drowns history with a welcoming atmosphere. If you can, fit in your travel plans the guided visit to the castle. It was at 10.30 when we were there, but check with them for certainty. The house dog, Option, is cute, sweet and incredibly obedient.

Everything was simply excellent. The hosts Isabelle and Antoine are fantastic. Warm welcome and may advices. We loved our room, and the house. Our hosts were attentive and lovely, we really liked them. We shared some stories at our arrival and they let us our space to get comfy in the room and during breakfast. Bathroom and bedroom had everything you can need (even some Easter chocolate bunnies). Breakfast was really great, plenty of food with all kind of options (including a delicious homemade banana bread).
