Staff were friendly, spoke English, which was a great help as my french is not great. The area was great, and the rooms were comfy and well decorated and clean. I'd definitely recommend it.

For a room booked one month before the travel, so consideribg its Paris-at the last moment, I got very clean and good quality room and bathroom for just 90-+100 € in a very nice calm area. I staid in Paris hotels before and I got worse rooms for more.

Nothing particularly stands out in memory. Well, there was a decently high mattress, so sleeping was comfortable. The location is okay, about a 10-minute walk to the bus stop and the metro. However, it's quite far from the city center. It takes about 40 minutes by bus to get to Trocadéro. There are grocery stores and cafes nearby.

I had few minor issues but could never get someone to assist me properly. I had no tv for my entire stay and I am old person, I like to watch tv at night. They never came to check for the tv even if I repeatedly said it was important. Nobody seemed to care and I am still waiting for the refund of the first night as promised. They keep bouncing me. Very bad guest experience

This is a great area.
This is a great area. Lots of small businesses and eateries; access to anything you may need, In addition, close to Metro.
Our favorite spot was the market, which was open 3 days a week with a lovely display of fresh produce, meats and pastries as well as other products.
There are eateries of many nationalities in this area and we tried several. We also enjoyed the bakeries, which not only sold delicious pastries, but awesome sandwiches and quiche which were a tasty and less expensive option than restaurants.
Activities vary depending on time of year. We arrived during a street music festival. As already mentioned, the market took place 3 days a week and we were very close to the metro with easy access to all of the main tourist attractions of Paris

The staff were professional and friendly and made us feel at home right away. The breakfast had a good variety and the woman who maintained the dining area greeted us with a smile every morning. The front desk staff were informative and helpful.
The room was small but we got used to it, because the windows are large and open to let in light and fresh air. The bathroom was really small and getting into and out of the shower was tricky, because I had to step up 2 feet in get in the narrow opening and there wasn't a grab bar to help when getting in or out.

Very bad facility, old building, no elevators, old bed, bad mattress and uncomfortable, no insulations so you can hear people talking in the other room and while using the shared bathroom, also bathroom vanity is very small that you can't even wash your hand. Very far from the attraction area, on the map looks close but in fact you will need to take multiple transportations to go anywhere you want with time frame between 30-45 minutes. Honestly doesn't worth the money you pay and if I knew in advance I will not go for it, you better stay in a hostel but not that place, and if you want a hotel just spend an extra $20 and I am sure you will get a better option.

This was a solo traveller, one-night stay that was very pleasant. It was close to the train station and many restaurants and grocers. The room was large enough for one person and had a desk and chair, which I appreciated. The window opened for air but when closed, shut out the noise from the street perfectly. I heard nothing on a Saturday night before Halloween! The shower looked like a new renovation although the water went onto the floor easily. There was no door for the bathroom which may be an issue for a couple. The double bed was very comfortable. There were multiple large city parks nearby and I enjoyed exploring such beauty within walking distance.

Great reception, alert and to the point.
Great reception, alert and to the point. The host was very acurate, in advance during prepartion of our trip and in repliing on our questions. The studio was convenient, spacy and very clean. Location is quite in a nice renovated area with excellent public transport on 5 minutes walk from the apartement. If we go back to Paris we will certainly book at this accomodation again. Just 1 little tip, 1 luxery chair for two persons is a bit sober. However further, well done Edgar!

Really loved this hotel. The rooms were really spacious for Paris and the full kitchentte was a bonus and would be great for a longer stay especially with a Lidl located a few steps away. The rooms were spotless clean. Even though we arrived late at night details were provided to get access and it was really straight forward. Even though it is not located in the centre of Paris it is easy to take the metro into the centre and the area it is located in, Levallois-Perret, was really clean, safe, quiet and a nice area to stay.
Very chic hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are clean with maintained furniture. Every day someone comes to take your trash, make your bed and change the mat in front of the shower
. The staff is very friendly and kind. The hotel provides free coffee and water, and in the afternoon a small snack awaits you after your walk in the lobby. The neighborhood where it is located is extremely quiet and clean. There are many restaurants and bakeries around. I recommend!
The room was large enough with a decent sized bathroom. It's not smack-bang in the middle of Paris but is well served of public transport (train is 2 min walk, metro and buses are running surprisingly well) . The place is clean and the windows are blocking quite well street noise. But the best feature of this hotel is its staff. They are always smiling, polite and ready to help.
I will definitely comeback. I just hope it stays the same.
The hotel is located in a very nice and quiet area and there are also a lot of restaurants and a supermarket very close to the hotel. The metro station is also close. The staff from the reception were really nice and ready to help and answer all of our questions. Also the loby is lovely and cozy.
As for the room, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was warm, had a nice design and big windows.
The place is located in a really good place, the neighborhood is very quite, we walked at midnight and it's ok to do it, there are supermarket close to the hotel, and the best was located one block to the metro station, it's a little bit far to the city center, but in 20 mins you can go there
The hotel is very well situated just a 2min walk from metro station (line 3) that will take you to the center of Paris (Opera) in just 15 to 20min. The rooms are bigger than the average for Paris. It´s a more business style hotel but can be an excellent base for a visit trip to Paris.
It’s a great location (2 min. walk from metro station,25 min.walk to Center and Arc de Triumph, nice neighbourhood, felt quite safe). Restorants,Bakery,Supermarket is in front or few min.far away from the hotel.Staff was kind and helpfull.
We did not get breakfast with this room. We arrived on a Friday and there wasn't really anything happening at the hotel. We went to a place nearby that was outdoors to have something to eat and also had some drinks with friends.
The staffs were very friendly. Room was too clean. Other hotels where my colleagues stayed are charging almost 3 times more. But room condition is bad than this. I would stay here again If I go to Paris. Highly recommend.
Is a good hotel as « one night « or if you’re in the budget, this is friendly hotel good reception and. Personal. But is a really simple base hotel
And for the price nothing to complain.
