The food in the hotel is fantastic however there is a small bar just over the lane for a little pre dinner drinks or should I say a post walk-in drink with our little dog.
The village is quiet and picturesque the real rural France.

Lovely village location pity we arrived later and their restaurant was closed.
The breakfast was plentiful.
Walking round village the next morning there was a boot fair with many interesting items.
Hope to stay again and be in time for the restaurant as the food looked delicious.
Super common areas—filled with cool stuff, old photos. Very cool. Dinner was excellent—local, delicious and in a beautiful, rustic atmosphere. Room was spare and comfortable. Spotlessly clean. The proprietor happily accommodated my touring bicycle in the secure garage. A really nice stay in a small, quiet country town’s country hotel with excellent food and breakfast. Super proprietor. Definitely recommend!

The staff was super friendly and made an effort to make us feel at home. We could eat at the restaurant without a problem (good food and nice beers...) and when we left we forgot something BUT they have send this to us! Many thanks to the staff of this hotel. Would recommend this any day for sure!
Lovely hotel. Very convenient for the motorway. Lots of old world charm and character. The staff are wonderful and speak excellent English.
The restaurant is very good and the quality and service superb
I have stayed here twice in the past 4 years and will certainly use again.
Good sized room, bigger than most French hotel rooms, very quiet location, clean and modern. Enjoyed sitting in the evening having e.meal in the pool area. Anyone looking for a stay while in the Bordeaux area or en route to Spain from UK or N.France should choose this gem.
The house is beautiful just as displayed in the pictures. Staff was very friendly and kind. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was excellent with lots of variety to chose. Easy to get to from our main travel route. Parking right in front of hotel. Quiet village.
The owners are the nicest people we have met so far in France. The hotel is clean, the room was large enough. There is swimming pool and you can eat outside. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. Totally recommend!
