The location was excellent as it was in a peaceful location and there were a number of wonderful local walks. The immediate walk from the property was amazing as you pass several waterfalls along a circuit that is easy to walk and not too long. The facilities are excellent and very clean. It is a roomy gite and very comfortable. We had a wonderful dinner supplied by our host for a very reasonable price.

There is no better way to start your discovery of Jura's region and its charming wine town of Arbois than to spend several days at the Logis Hôtel des Messageries. Our room was spacious, very clean and well equipped and the common areas were large and nicely decorated. The host was very kind and helped with any questions we had.

We stayed here before many years ago, and the improvements to this hotel are impressive. The room was lovely and spacious, and we had a very good dinner and breakfast. The staff were all very friendly, and the surrounding area with the cascades is great for walking.

Room 1 on the ground floor was modern, clean and stylish. Very tastefully decorated and felt new. Kettle, fridge, TV and great shower. Well situated right on a lovely Square with public parking and the restaurant looked nice and was very popular. The electronic key pad to enter the hotel took some getting used to...you have to enter the code and pause for half a second or so before pushing hard. A definite technique. Poligny is a nice town with some great shops, restaurants, bars and buildings. Had a great breakfast included and a very nice stay.
