The property is perfect. My son and I were looking for a self catering apartment for a 4 night Ski trip and our first time to Serre Chevalier. The apartment had everything we needed. It is in a great location; has on site parking; is close to the ski bus and close by to one of the main gondola lifts (Pontillas). The apartment was well equipped, clean and the bunk beds were very comfy! The apartment has lovely views of the mountains and is situated in a quiet residential area, close to nice walks. The owner was very good at making sure we were ok and very helpful and we had great communications. Highly recommend and we will definitely return if we ski, or visit Serre Chevalier again. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food is varied and delicious (we were half board dinner and breakfast as were skiing). Starter and dessert at dinner were buffet, main course was table service with a choice of 2 dishes). Pool, steam room and sauna were excellent facilities and lovely for a wind down after a hard day's skiing! Hotel is mostly French families which added to the enjoyment for us.

The very helpful staff. The fact that I could walk to from the station to the hotel and from the hotel to the telecabine for Serre Chevalier. I loved the breakfasts too.
