The hosts met us for check out and check in and were extremely flexible and accommodating for our timings, as well as very friendly. The apartment was spacious for two and had everything we needed, much more room than other places we have stayed to ski. The nearest two lifts were a couple of minute walk from the appartment with access to the whole area. We loved our stay in this Chalet hotel. Julie, Margaux and the entire team were absolutely amazing and made our stay really comfortable and memorable.
We booked a whole chalet which was a great choice for a group of 5. The hotel has ski-in / ski-out access which makes it extremely fun and convenient.
The staff are really helpful and friendly and the overall customer service is exceptional!
They offer a shuttle service 1 time per day after ski lifts close and to/from the car parking.

Staff at ski shop were very helpful every morning to get the skis at the front of the hotel.
Buffet at breakfast and dinner was varied and staff were very attentive to the guest.

We were on a budget so cooked meals at our apartment and took a packed lunch. This worked well as weather was good for lunches. One day we lunched in the Salle HORS sac which was good and warm. Bar at Roquette closes too early for a last drink before descent at end of day!
