superb accommodation - very clean and finished to a really high standard. the communal area is a very unique idea which we enjoyed. the hot tub was such a treat after a day exploring the Mont Blanc area. Amazing restaurant - and brilliant acoustics for the live music which we enjoyed on 1 night. And such a welcoming feel from all of the staff, especially Florent who was a brilliant host with excellent tips for our stay. Everything was superb - thank you

L'Alpaga, a Beaumier hotel, hotel in Flumet

Featuring a Michelin-starred restaurant and south-facing balconies, L'Alpaga, a Beaumier hotel overlooks Val d’Arly and Mont Blanc in Megève in the French Alps.

Everything about this hotel is lovely and exceptional! It is quite design-forward, which we love. The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist. The concierge was excellent. The front desk staff was lovely and friendly...just be sure to ask management or the concierge if more detailed answers are necessary as they are the rockstars with very quick and active results. Be sure you have dinner on property at least once...it is exceptional...whether it's the Bistro or the the Table. The breakfast staff was so cheerful and happy to accomodate our multiple requests for long coffees, more cream, more honey, etc...we felt very spoiled. They are also a great wealth of information if you have questions about their input of what to do around town or which runs to hit on the slopes! We really enjoyed the outdoor firepit and inviting hotel lounge/bar...the drinks are top notch. We weren't there long enough to take advantage of their pool/spa offerings but it looked very nice. This is def. a "cool kids" destination that still manages to feel welcoming to those coming with their families. It strikes all the right notes for traveling to the area in a stylish and comfortable way!

Flumet is an unspoilt, wonderful village.

Flumet is an unspoilt, wonderful village. Far better than next door Prax Sur Arly, it has a charm and lacks the hustle and bustle of other villages nearby. It is only 20 mins drive to the wonderful Crest Volland for incredible skiing, and if you want you can just jump on the lift in Flumet. Its wonderful little village with supermarket ski shops and the most incredible massage spa.

It was on a quiet street and next to the bus stop for our shuttle bus to the slopes. Also very conveniently all in waking distance a bakery which has great coffee and bread, a convenience store and our ski rental shop. All excellent and some local restaurant which were pretty basic but good enough. The breakfast at the hotel was great as well. And the staff, they were so helpful, kind and lovely!
