Our host Christine was absolutely wonderful. She really looked after us and so friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. A small but well-organized room with a separate entrance and a small patio in front where you can sit while admiring the mountains. Parking on the street near the entrance to the territory. The neighborhood itself is calm and peaceful. The hosts recommended a restaurant for us to have dinner.

Stopover hotel. Out of season so pool not in use. Little bit worn at the edges and basic room with firm mattress. Small terras with table and 2 chairs. Was quiet except for road noise from 8am. Enough storage space.

Cucugnan is a charming hillside village, but easily accessible and a great area for walking, touring and wine tasting. There are many historical attractions, (Queribus and Peryperteuse castles) in the area. My snug, en-suite double room was very clean and comfortable, with its own door to the terrace and stunning views. There are several bistros nearby serving excellent food. The host is very friendly and helpful for walking advice. The host serves a substantial continental breakfast and chats with the guests. I stayed two enjoyable nights
