We loved this place. It was spacious and quirky with places for every mood and every type of weather. Laurent was very welcoming and helpful when we had a bit of a problem with the TV he came over to help and sorted it.( that mattered as we wanted to watch a World Cup rugby game!!) We loved th e upstairs and downstairs kitchens too!

This was our second stay at the Marbrerie and even though we preferred the room we had the first time it was again a very pleasant stay. Both rooms we have now seen are very big and display marble features reflecting the history of the building. The breakfast is very good offering fresh fruit, yogurt, croissants, local bread and jams and a great coffee, all served at the table!

Boasting a tennis court and views of quiet street, Les deux arches is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Caunes-Minervois, 50 km from Abbaye de Fontfroide.

We were very warmly welcomed by Natasha, Dean & Alphonse. They have done a wonderful job renovating their lovely medieval home. It's so authentic, full of character and charm. Our room was lovely, very comfortable & relaxing. Pat and Michel were the greatest hosts! There was a bit of a language barrier for us to get through but they were exceptionally kind and we enjoyed our chats with them. The area is beautiful, and it was a great quiet getaway for us! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place in a wonderful setting. Nice pool and bar, but unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good - would love to come back when it’s warmer! Very comfortable beds and everything you need is in the gite.
