Our room was in an old medieval tower and the design is very rustic and lovely. The grounds are also very beautiful and we enjoyed walking around the property. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel that serves wonderful Spanish food with a very serious cook! Although the hotel is rustic, the amenities are modern. We stayed in a very big room for the whole family and everyone had a great time.

Pet friendly and run by two elderly ladies. Animals everywhere from the lakes. The next door restaurant is a fabulous fish restaurant. It will serve coffee and toast for breakfast for 3.5 euros. Quirky place with lots of unusual charm. 11 miles from ferry.

The restaurant by the hotel is awesome. Close to Santander ferry which gave us a break on our way home. We hope to visit again when the weathers better!
