The hotel and our room were lovely. The location is perfect for exploring the old city and is a short walk from the main sites. Breakfast was complete and tasty--eggs, yogurt, fruit, breads, cereal, cheese and meat, an espresso machine, etc. The hotel recommended restaurants, including El Sitio, which was excellent. We'd stay there again.

An Architectural Gem Set In A Picture-Perfect Backdrop
Nestled amongst the picture-perfect backdrop of Guadarrama Mountains, Segovia is an architectural and historical gem which blends several charming monuments and landmarks, with a mix of lively bars and restaurants. It is home to a remarkable UNESCO World Heritage Site old city, along with the ancient Acueducto de Segovia and Segovia City Walls.
Beyond the Segovia City Walls stands the fascinating Veracruz Church which overlooks the famous Alcázar of Segovia. A 1-hour drive away is the 15th-century masterpiece, Castillo de Coca.
Segovia is popular for a day trip or short sightseeing getaway due its close proximity to Madrid, a short train ride from Segovia´s train station. However to get a real feel and taste of the city it may be wise to hang around a little longer and appreciate the amazing sightseeing, mouth-watering cuisine, relaxing vibe and energetic nightlife it has to offer.
Other popular sights are P.P. Carmelitas Descalzos Temple, Plaza San Lorenzo and Church and the beautiful Botanic Garden Segovia and fascinating Segovia Provincial Museum.
Booking.com has great deals in Segovia, Madrid and the Castile and León region.
I enjoy the scenery, Plaza Mayor and nice people. I arrived at midnight and a gentleman on the street helped me get a taxi and waited until the taxi arrived. I'm really grateful for what he did for me.

An absolutely beautiful town.
An absolutely beautiful town. Lots of walking, lots to see and so many restaurants to choose from. Friendly staff everywhere. We only had a single day (next year we will plan a longer stay) so we did a lot of walking and spent time visiting the castle.

Segovia is one of Spain’s most beautiful cities.
Segovia is one of Spain’s most beautiful cities. The Alcazar and the Cathedral are stunning, but nothing compares to the first time you see the Roman aqueduct. The only complaint I have is that everything closes after 2 pm and as a tourist you are forced to return to your hotel or wonder around while the town looks like a ghost town. Perhaps they could keep some of the tourist attractions open, so tourists are able to do something while the locals take their siesta.

We stayed two nights, but could have spent at least another day, or two. Take the time to walk around the river path down around the front of the Alcazar for views up, and when you get to the old bridge walk up and over the road and up the stairs to the lookout. Amazing photos. Climb the Cathedral bell tower for magnificent views of the city.

The stunning Roman Aqueduct, fairy-tale Alcázar, and Cathedral were stunning. Enjoy the traditional the signature dish of Segovia the Roast Suckling Pig (Cochinillo) which is so juicy and tender with crispy skin at one of the wonderful restaurants in old town. The royal mint and walks was a great bonus for our trip.

Food Tapas was really good in all the Bars.
Food Tapas was really good in all the Bars. However most of the Bars did not display Price list for Drinks and in some they were quiet expensive and varied a great deal. Worth a mention Restaurant El Sitio brilliant Tapas Bar/Restaurant and Bar Socorro very good.
We spent four nights in the studio. The apartment is on Plaza Medina del Campo and facing the side of Iglesia de San Martin. A beautiful view to return to. The studio was comfortable and clean. The checkin is at the hotel next door. They were very helpful in getting a taxi for us when we needed it. The studio was cleaned after our second night which was unexpected. This is in walking distance to the sights, a grocery store, and many restaurants. It was a pleasure to stay here.
SO NOISY WE COULD NOT SLEEP. We had to leave the hotel after 1 might because there was a loud noisy bar across from our room, with patrons standing under our window to smoke and shout until after 4 a.m. We had to abandon our 3-night reservation and the hotel refused to refund us, despite the fact that we discovered many reviews stating the same about this bar - going back 5 years at least. This is a known issue. Terrible experience all around.
Location and the apartment itself are unbeatable. We could see the castle from our window. Everything was super new and modern (we had the ground floor unit at the back) Probably the nicest place we stayed in Spain for that price range. Parking near the property is easy and you can take an amazing walk straight from your backyard all the way up to the castle (if you can handle some stairs). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
The views, the view, the views... I knew when I reserved that we would be outside of the city. Got to see the sunset, night, the sunrise and morning with Segovia as the background. Aqueduct on the left, Alcazar on the right...
This is clearly a hotel for large groups and conventions, and for that the common areas are great (very large), which results in very large windows with expansive views of the city.
I liked the quiet and peaceful location of the hotel, it was really restful. The breakfast was delicious and had so much kinds to eat. Fresh orange juice was great. Rooms were not big, but they were comfy and silent, that was all I needed. Outdoor parking is free, Segovia city center is at a walking distance. And it was a pleasure to stay in a historic old monastery.
Staff André was most helpful and accommodating. My room was upgraded to a better one at no charge. Aparthotel is very near the bus station (~/<5 mins walk) with regular buses to Madrid Moncloa, and a short walk to the Plaza Mayor. It was quiet & peaceful at night. Beds were very comfortable and clean.
The location is fantastic with no more than 10 minutes walk to any of the fantastic sites in Segovia.
The staff are very friendly and very helpful even with the language barrier (Segovia is rural Spain so very few people speak any English at all!) but we received great service everywhere we went.
Luxury hotel, superbly located for a walk into Segovia.
The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. Hassain, one of the waiters was exceptional.
The furnishings and decor of the hotel are fabulous, a touch of luxury on your trip.
Breakfast was very good with plenty of options
Nice view over the valley and great location to walk to everything in Segovia. Good breakfast. Parking underneath the hotel - make sure you reserve a spot and get directions directly to the garage. Very easy to get to if you know ahead of time, don't try to drive to the address of the hotel.
Very pleasant stay. 2014 transformation of monastery into modern hotel with sober but still warm decoration and lots of comfort. Parking available (15€a day). Very central, 100 m from main square of Segovia but in very quiet street. Very good buffet breakfast.
Infanta Isabel is on the main plaza, and central to everything. Our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was fine and provided a good start to the day. Staff at the hotel were all very helpful. The valet parking was well worth it.
This hostel is a great place to stay for a few nights in Segovia. Very low key, with very pleasant staff (Miguel is the best!). Clean, quite and comfortable. Down to earth, leaving a very small footprint. I will come back anytime!
Excellent hotel for our one night stay in Segovia being easy walking distance to all the sights we wished to see. Staff were great and room, facilities were just what we wanted.
Location excellent/could walk everywhere, room fantastic with a view of the Cathedral, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice size. Very clean. Hotel had an elegance to it.
Excellent location. Lovely decoration in the room. I enjoyed the spa very much. A kettle in the room to make tea was much appreciated as this is quite rare in Spain.
The location was good. The person running the front desk and one of the housekeeping staff were wonderful. Segovia is a wonderful city and we enjoyed our time there.
The hotel is located in the old city, close to all the beautiful buildings of Segovia. They had a great breakfast buffet. Room and bathroom were big and comfortable.
