We had a lovely stay in Finca Sa Bastida. Lovely Heloise from the reception made the whole experience extra special. We also received a free upgrade. The breakfast place is very nice and there are enough options. The location is excellent if you are looking for getaway from tourist crowds and city. The hotel facilities are really nice and everything was clean and smelling great. I would love to go back in the future.

Where to begin? From the moment we arrived, our experience at Finca Serena was absolutely perfect. Every member of staff were just wonderful and balanced professionalism with friendliness easily. Our room was spectacular, with plenty of space and stunning decor. We ate at the restaurant both nights and the food was beautiful. Very clever to change the menu each evening so you can eat there again without struggling to find new menu items. We slept perfectly, ate well, and were sad to leave after 2 nights. We feel like we have found a very special retreat that we already cannot wait to return to. It’s also worth noting we are a married gay couple and at no point were we made to feel other during our stay. This is sadly not always the case so credit again to this hotel. Also: the hotel operate a scheme where through donations they offer job opportunities to people who would otherwise not be working (in this case a fabulous cleaner) which is a beautiful thing to do. To summarise: we LOVE this hotel!

I’m in love with this gorgeous hotel ❤️ and I will definitely come back!!! I couldn’t find anything negative here! The views from almost everywhere here are incredible! The room is big and has everything you need! The staff are amazing friendly (especially Maria) and helpful. They have a great spa area and they also offer massages by appointment. Breakfast is amazing and we didn’t miss a thing. I already recommend this hotel to my friends that are planning now to come and book it because this place is a little gem 💎 just a paradise!

Great hotel - established many years ago - great staff - we arrived at a very late hour and we were contacted by what'sapp & given very thorough instructions on how to check in. Lovely room, very clean. Water & tea / coffee supplied. Lovely breakfast - do mention if you do not want any meat served prior to receiving the food. Breakfast staff amazingly friendly. Lovely SPA adjustable heat for Sauna & Steam Room, jacuzzi could be warmer but is linked to the pool / gym well equipped. Lovely ambiance / atmosphere by the pool - very comfortable sun loungers. Paradisiac feel / very relaxing around the pool. Some rooms have private whirlpools - great stay! Car parking just around the corner, if no car parking available outside the hotel. A big thank you!

A warm welcome, a good room, excellent breakfast and a lovely pool area in a friendly hotel within a few minutes walk of several good restaurants. Juan and Antonia did everything to make our stay really memorable. The town of Sineu is centrally located and great as a base for cyclists or in a car.
