Staff were welcoming and friendly, always on hand to help. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were excellent and the food was delicious! Plenty of areas to relax, enjoy a drink or spend time with loved ones. I needed to order a taxi a few times during my stay, I went to reception to arrange this and a taxi service arrived within 5 mins! Binibeca and Punta Prima are about 30mins walking distance if you fancy exploring on foot or a short journey by car. Mao is about 20mins car journey away too! Lovely restaurants nearby the hotel, great location. I would highly recommend!

Super comfortable, relaxing, quiet and charming. Warm delicious Breakfast was provided even tho I had to leave at 5am to catch a flight. The host was very tentative and caring and went above and beyond with the service and communication and hospitality. I loved the art decor and wish I had more time to thoroughly enjoy the place more. Excellent location. Views from room. The Junior suite is a lovely spacious room with views on two sides. The huge bed was the most comfortable ever.

The whole hotel is stunning.. full of original features and tastefully decorated. The courtyard where you can eat breakfast is so special. Sit amongst the citrus trees and chandeliers and relax! The breakfast food was excellent. We enjoyed having options to try the local food. The staff are all very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. We would definitely return.
