Located next to main church and walking distance to everywhere in the old town. Food shopping laundry n Supermart. Very nice n new looking rooms. Taxis were able to come to the entrance.
We arrived at 1pm but rooms were not ready - they offered their basement hospitality room that was excellent as we walked the last leg of the Camino n it had been raining the past 4 days. The staff were excellent!!

We really loved this hotel. It was comfortable clean with characterful decor. Best of all after completing the Camino it had a bath and plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and helpful with advice for restaurants and booking a taxi. The breakfast was the best.

The hotel is set in the old town, close to lovely gift shops and cafes / restaurants. The reception staff were very helpful and gave us lovely recommendations as to where to eat. They also helped us book our bags to be carried with a company as we were walking the Camino. I would not hesitate to stay there again when I return to Santiago.
