Spectacular location directly next to the Cathedral. I had a wonderful view from my room. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful.

Room located on ground floor with lovely private terrace and enclosed lawn area so we could enjoy an evening drink in the sunshine. Great breakfast which was excellent value for money. Convenient garage parking at 9 euros a night which was a reasonable price. Close enough to the city center to enjoy an easy level walk to restaurants and all the attractions. Great walk up to the castle behind the hotel via a well paved pathway. We do hope the castle gets restored to it's former glory - lots of history here as with the monument outside the hotel to General Juan Martin Diez - the city needs to make more of both of these important historical attractions.

The hotel offers a garage, but I had luck with a parking space in front of the hotel (the street there a big "come-and-go-street" for cars).

Amazing location - we needed to be near the Palacio de Congresos and it was just a five minute walk to there. Beautiful city and very comfortable to walk around. Hotel were very accommodating when our group needed breakfast earlier than it normally opened.

Everything was perfect. Reception was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is definitively convenient for the price and the staff very nice. however you have to be aware that the pics on booking could not definitively reflect the one you get. On the second floor (without elevator) we got a 4 pax bedroom that had nothing to do with pics on the web. The day after we saw that one on firts floor was in line with pics showed. The overall was ok, but we purchased on the internet something else. The staff is very nice and welcome. You need car to reach the city center: no shops and restaurants around.
The room was clean and proper. The furniture was in very good condition. We arrived very late for checking and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Parking was secure (camera surveillance) in front of the hotel. We had a great night stay!
