The food is really good. The variety of foods is very good. Every day there are some local gastronomical meals that are very delicious. Staff is super friendly and patient as there was more children than adults. Family room is big enough. Plus there is free drinking water in every floor. The hotel also have laundry room where you wash and dry alone (4€ washing, 3€ dry cleaning).
The property features a lagoon-style pool and spa and sports facilities. Free WiFi is available throughout. The rooms of Iberostar Selection Albufera Park are air conditioned.

The hotel was really fantastic. Having an indoor pool for when the weather wasn't great was an absolute win for us with our kids and the kids pool with the inflatable dome was a hit. Breakfasts were incredible with so many options and we loved the activities in the evenings too - particularly Kahoot! The staff were super friendly and our room was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, relatively small for an all inclusive resort, not a factory.

I stayed at this hotel in Mallorca, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel was quite new and consisted of bungalow-style accommodations, primarily suited for family vacations, especially those with kids or large families. The entire infrastructure was designed with children in mind. It's not the ideal place for a romantic getaway for couples, as we were one of the few couples staying there during our visit. The grounds were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet offered high-quality food, which we enjoyed. In that regard, we had a pleasant stay.
This hotel is suitable for people who prefer the "all-inclusive" or "half board" dining options. However, for those who want the freedom to dine in various à la carte restaurants and have more choices, this hotel is not the ideal choice.
We absolutely loved the beach! In fact, we chose this hotel primarily because of the beautiful beach with its soft sand. It was fantastic, and having direct access to the sea was a big plus. Additionally, the hotel had a great gym facility.
One highly positive aspect of this hotel is its staff. The personnel are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
The hotel should present itself as a family-oriented establishment in its online promotions and descriptions, rather than merely catering to both couples and families. If they choose this approach, they must extend their facilities to include options for couples, such as more à la carte dining and light bar snacks. The bar should offer extended hours, it a fact bar was closed at 22:00!!!!and there should be entertainment programs and music, not just for kids but also for adults. Currently, it primarily caters to children with family-oriented dining plans like half-board and all-inclusive, neglecting the adult and couple segment. This misrepresentation should be rectified to ensure a fair and accurate portrayal of the hotel.
Ideal for a romantic break, Garden Holiday Village - Adults Only has swimming pools surrounded by lovely gardens. This adults-only property offers free WiFi throughout.

The staff was very friendly and the room was quite « big », I was expecting something smaller, so that was a good surprise. They also use local products which was very pleasant

Excellent service, staff always going out of their way to help you. Both breakfast and dinner were really good with a lot of variety and food was freshly prepared for you. The evening entertainment was also a bonus and the performers were very professional.

The fact that there were no kids and you can just relax everywhere you go in this hotel. I loved how clean it felt. The staff was really friendly and kind.
Just 150 metres from the spectacular beaches of Alcudia, this hotel boasts an outdoor pool where you can enjoy a cocktail in the shade of the gardens’ palm trees.
Staff so friendly. Great food and drink selection.

Playa de Muro is pretty much a tourist town, though it's both smaller and less interesting than Alcúdia or Pollensa, both of which are accessible if you have a car or are happy to make a bus journey. There's plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, but not much else. The beach is lovely, though.

30 minute flat walk into the town from TUI Blue Alcudia Pins. Many shops and restaurants, but not so many bars that you feel you can just stop for a drink in.
Taxi's are almost impossible to get. If you ring directly they say they can't understand you and hang up, we asked the restaurant we were in to call for us, and they were happy to do that.
Not enough to do for two weeks without leaving the area.
The Royal Grill and Dakota's were both good restaurants.

We visited in mid October so towards the end of tourist season but it was still quite busy. The place was very nice, with a lovely long sandy beach and good amenities around. It was a great base for day excursions as we rented a car. Plenty of restaurants to eat in, although menus were mostly generic steak and pizza. Our hotel recommended an amazing restaurant called Los Patos that served proper Mallorcan food, we’d recommend it to anyone interested in authentic food experience.

Amazing beach, good vibes.
Amazing beach, good vibes. Lots of options for food, all sorts of rentals and bars. Loved the cycling vibe, as a cyclist that is a place where you can sit and watch cyclists pass and be in the mood. At the same time perfect place to chill by the beach and enjoy the sun listening some tunes and then go for a swim in the amazing blue water

The Staff were friendly.
The Staff were friendly. The Food was good - something for everyone. The Room was nice; good size bed, decent Bathroom with a big shower.
The Bar only has 3 Cocktails + ca. 5 different types of Long drinks included in all-inclusive.
Loads of room outdoors for Sunbathing.
The beach is only a 5 min walk away.
Bus stop and supermarkets also 5mins away.
Our assigned room had a terrace/balcony that had beach view. The room and bathroom did not feel cramp. Breakfast and dinner buffets would put some US buffet restaurants to shame - lots of choices. They also change up some of their food offerings. We stayed three nights and they had lamb/sushi first night, roast beef/mussels second night and ham on our last night. Last, the staff was courteous and professional.
Our first room had a problem with WiFi so we were moved to another room the same day. Everyone was extermly helpful during our stay. We loved breakfast in the morning. Food was local and fresh with a plenty of tables inside and by the pool to choose from. The hotel is 3 min walk from Mura beach which in our view is the best in Mallorca. We had trully relaxing stay and would love to visit again.
Nice place to stay a few steps to the sandy beach , the staff keep smiling all the time and ready to help you with any thing you need , very good breakfast .. I was worried about some rivews complaining about moskitos but we didn't have any moskitos issue during our one week stay.. conclusion: my family and I loved our stay here.
On the positive side the hotel is located directly on the beach (Playa de Muro). Also, the lifeguard at the pool was friendly as was another staff member who helped to get a towel when there were none available at the pool or the reception desk (this shouldn’t happen but she did do her best and finally got a towel).
Exceptionally clean, very very spacious, 1 min walk to the best beach in Alcudia (Playa de Muro). The family room with sea view is the best and I’ll come back for sure.
I stayed in another hotel because the third day there wasn’t an availability at this place and it felt like a downgrade to go to other places.
It's a wonderful small hotel at the beach. Location was super. There are at least 3 great restaurants nearby. Apartments has everything you need for your stay. There is a shower outside when you get from the beach which is very useful. They can help you to arrange the taxi to/from the airport.
The hotel was spotless. The staff were friendly. The room was nice. We got upgraded to bigger room. The bed was comfortable. Food was great in the restaurant beside the beach. The location is good. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel.
great hotel near the most beautiful beach in Mallorca. beautiful pools in the hotel plus new ones for children. plenty of sunbeds by the pool. perfect cleaning every day. great food! nice staff. we are excited.
The beach is nice, especially a bit more to the south.
Porto Alcudia (harbour) is a cozy town with lots of restaurants and bars. For the better cuisine, go to Alcudia (old town). Avoid the restaurants near the hotel.
The beach is really nice. The food in property is reasonable and convenient with option of all inclusive. The room is decent and bed is very comfortable. The resort is definitely family- friendly and lively.
The only positive items were the water slides and proximity to the beach. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel with the prices we were charged. You can get better value and nicer rooms in hotels nearby.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location next to a lot of restaurants and the beach. The bike garage is great for cyclists. The one bedroom apartment is really nice for two people.
