Hotel is right on the Camino Ingles so it was fantastic to be able to relax and recuperate after a long day’s walking. It has an old works feel about it in the facade and flooring but all the facilities are modern and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We got lost and they came and picked us up. We had an excellent meal and bottle of wine and the service was really friendly and kind. Staff gave us some advice on where to go in Santiago and were really helpful in getting us back on the Camino path the following morning.

The hotel itself was lovely! It also had the softest cotton duvet and pillow covers. I felt like sinking into cotton balls. but the helpfulness and kindness of the staff is what really made it special. When i arrived i was in a tizzy because my phone charger had broken. and everything i need is in that one thing. So on a Saturday afternoon they made it their mission to get me a new charger. This wasn't the only time i experienced kindness during my stay. From the first moment i arrived until i left the next morning i felt like home and welcomed. It was wonderful. Thank you very much for a wonderful last night of my camino <3

The location is perfect. Near to bus stop, restaurants, museums, shops.. not far away from the Camino (we took a bus to arrive to the hotel and get back to the Camino). Breakfast was good. Great value for the price. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Really lovely place, super friendly staff. They sent very helpful directions on how to get there if walking on the Camino. Lovely communal dining area to have some food and meet other guests. Although not used there was a garden and pool as well.
