The location in excellent. Ths room I had on the 5th floor was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The 4 person lift was perfectly adequate - and necessary.
Keys were obtained from the shop next door, so not sure what happens if you arrive when the shop is shut. Staff generally helpful, particularly the younger lady. Overall, highly recommended.
