Host was very accommodating, gave us a handmade gift each, the place was well detailed, clean and central. We didn’t have a private bathroom, however the room had a sink.
Would definitely recommend

The host was welcoming and advised that she lived on site and could help at any time. She made helpful suggestions for a bus back to O Cebreiro.
Amazing village. There is not too many inhabitants and the views are absolutely amazing to stay a day enjoying the river and walking along. There are some restaurants and a nice vegetarian albergue and also you can enjoy a nice route by horse in the village. Plenty of things to do is a very small village that is magical.
One of the few places to stay in Las Herrerias which is a lovely little village just before the long, hard hike up to La Faba and O Cebreiro. It is modern and clean with relatively large rooms, quite airy and has nice bathrooms/showers. I have stayed there twice and would stay again and would definitely recommend staying here rather than trying to hike up the hill to La Faba in the afternoon.
I don't want to offend people from Las Herrerías - but, this is a very special seudo place. I arrived relatively late in the day - had a very good dinner (ate at the hostal's restaurant) and the breakfast was also very good. It is super important to have a good night - so that you can take the next very hard trip over the mountain pass on the Camino. I can recommend the place.
Very nice private rooms with en suite bathrooms! Loved being able to open the window and hear the stream and cowbells in the back of the property. I had lunch and a drink at the restaurant downstairs and the food was delicious, only wish I could have had breakfast there as well! Great spot to stay on the Camino in Las Herrerias!
Just at the entrance to Las Herrerias, right on the Camino route. Absolutely beautiful views from the balcony and restaurant/bar terrace, overlooking cows and sheep and with the view of the village to the right. Great menu with veggie options
Beautiful hotel and property. Owner was really nice. Best part they start serving dinner at 5. Food was delicious. If you are okay with leaving in the morning after 8am breakfast was really good as well. I highly recommend this place.
This is a tastefully remodeled and well-run hotel in a delightful village. Maria, the owner, and her mother (Maria as well) are wonderful hosts and cooks.
We really enjoyed our brief stay
Beautiful Albergue before you enter Las Herrerias. Lovely patio area for food and drinks. I was in an attic room which was a good size and had AC. Food and service was excellent
Very nice hotel! With friendly and helpful staff. Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. And the glass staircase made for a really nice entrance to the upstairs rooms.
Nice rural hotel. Loved the two sheep outside my window. Friendly staff.
Clean. Good food. Perfect stay before facing the steep climb on the next phase of the Camino.
