Staff friendly and helpful.
Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable with ensuite facilities, but bed a little too firm for my liking. Whole hotel very clean. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent value for money. It was a good location for onward road connections. Also a commercial centre close by which had a variety of restaurants for evening meals. A river walk nearby to exercise any pets you have travelling with you or just a pleasant evening walk.MarkUnited Kingdom

We couldn't find accommodation near Irati, so we had to stay in Pamplona and this hotel being in the outskirts was great for that reason. The staff were very helpful and offered room service when asked about the food in the restaurant/bar. We ordered patatas bravas and rabas and were good. It was easy to park just outside the hotel and for free even if it was a long weekend in Spain so I guess it was busier than usual. The room was clean too.PatriciaSpain
