I cannot rate the hotel staff - all of them - highly enough they were all exceptional. Lovely boutique hotel with pool and well appointed restaurant. This is a small town and parking was it a premium so the underground car park - €12 a day was worth it.

This hotel is a true gem, everything was perfect. The property is nestled in the picturesque medieval town of Santillana del Mar. Great breakfast, cozy atmosphere, spotless rooms, charming interiors. We had to change room due to noisy neighbours. The manager handled this very efficiently and gave us a superb room.

Just across the promenade from the beach in Suaces, La Concha offers wonderful views and easy access to many of Cantabria’s main attractions. It has free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

A beautiful Hotel - lots of charm and character. Lovely Garden and Patio , perfect for Dogs. A Cosy atmosphere , well appointed throughout and friendly helpful staff. Will certainly be staying there again soon.
