everything was great I can't rate it highly enough, spotlessly clean, big unsuited room, private secure free underground parking, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, great location easy walk to seafront, brilliant wifi and breakfast included in 28euro price which is brilliant value for money best Ive had compared to the many other places I've stayed I can't recommend this place enough 5*****
