Nice hotel, located a bit off the center. Friendly staff and great restaurant for dinner.
I was there in the Semana Santa (over Easter) and hence the parking situation in the town was tough - had to park a bit away, roughly 5min by foot.

Lovely quaint town that instantly brought a sense of calmness, we couldn’t help but feel relaxed. The cafes and restaurants all had a great selection of pinxtos and we had a fantastic dinner in Asador los Nietos on one evening. Briones is a good place to base yourself to tour the wineries but there are also plenty of bodegas in the town, we happened to arrive when a festival was taking place and visited 5 bodegas each with their own tasting seminar. There was live music in the square that evening also and a great buzz about the place. The locals were all friendly and welcoming despite our Spanish not being very good!

We were lucky to meet the owners who we visiting and the took us around the building, describing their renovation process to bring this historic hotel to vision. They took us through their 11th century wine cellar and pointed out where areas of the building incorporating the original city wall.LaraCanada
