The beautiful botanic garden was a surprise and a real treat. The room and public spaces in the hotel were very nice. Services and food in the restaurant were good.

Great location, large clean spacious room with good facilities (fridge, hob etc if required), nice toiletries, a balcony and sea view. There was also a lovely roof top terrace. Great value for money and a lovely breakfast included (with Gluten Free options). The staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient, both before and during our stay. We’d definitely recommend if staying in Santa Cruz and will be back!

Very conveniently placed near boats and buses on a little hill. Bathroom looked quiet new. English breakfast was the best of the 3. I would go back but would ask for a better room.
