Everywhere is clean. Warm. There is a hairdryer, shower gel, disposable toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Ample parking. Located on the highway, but it wasn't a surprise, and the highway isn't noisy.

As Brits, we expected the hostal to be of similar quality as a hostal in UK ... ie not as good quality as an hotel. We have now been informed that the exact opposite is the case here in Spain ... perhaps the booking sites should mention that in their English sites.
The only improvement we could suggest for the room would be another chair and a desk or table.
Set in beautiful gardens, El Oasis Villa Resort features 2 outdoor pools surrounded by a sun terrace and palm trees. It also offers a fitness centre and free Wi-Fi throughout.

I like the fact that the hosts set a WhatApp Group to make communication easier. It means we knew that they were ready for us and this made us feel very comfortable. It was my mother's surprise 70th birthday....so had family flying in from Africa and I was going to arrive at the resort a few days later from UK.....Pepe Mira and Maite knew about my plans and managed to keep the secret until my arrival which made is very special. My parents will never forget their time at the El Oasis Villa Resort. Thank you again. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Very Spanish village . Sociable inhabitants. Beautiful 16century castle, wall etc. Good local bus connections. Hotel Rioja has excellent restaurant, and a good selection of restaurants, including 2 Chinese, in Lliria, 1km down the road.
