An absolute delight and superb value! There really is too much for my wife and I to inform on the detail of what was so wonderful about our three-night stay. What follows, however, are some important highlights. Reiner was such an accommodating and attentive host. He provided us with incredible insights into, and hand-drawn maps of, the routes and wonderful sites to visit in Ribagorza - and there are many; the oldest cathedral in Spain, for example. The hotel is ideally located near to Graus for just such touring. Our bedroom was very comfortable and well-appointed with tea/coffee-making facilities. Now...the food! Where to begin? The breakfasts were plentiful, of great quality and varied. The evening meals were of a five-star gourmet standard, every night. All were lovingly prepared by Angel - he is an extraordinarily skilful chef and so creative with his ingredients! And the ingredients all were of the highest quality. Imagine a wondrously delicious chocolate basket filled with cherries, not so. It was filled with pumpkin, and the resulting taste was..... stunning! Both Reiner and Angel are passionate providers and users of seasonal locally-sourced and organic foodstuffs, and the beers and wines also are of the highest available quality. In conclusion, we cannot recommend highly enough the facilities and resources provided - and - the bonus of no children, well, hoorah for that! We shall be back for sure!! Thank you both, Reiner and Angel! From Patsy and Pete.

Casa del Bueno, hotel in Benabarre

Situated in Peralta de la Sal, Casa del Bueno features a restaurant and city views, 40 km from Torreciudad and 48 km from Congost de Montrebei.

Apartament is located in quiet town (perfect for people who prefer to avoid crowds). It was surprisingly that Peralta has only 200 inhabitants. Houses are mostly empty and there is only one restaurant, no shops and markets. Luis is patriot of the region and do a lot to popularize it. His house is quite big and is under reconstruction now, also restaurant on the ground floor. A car is necessary for comfortable vocation ( no problem with parking) because most exiting places to visit are in one hour driving distance- My recommendation is tracking to Monte Rebei and Finestras, visit Alquezar town including tracking through the gorge.

We were happily surprised with the genuine politeness and welcome by the owners. This was our first time in the area and there is so much more to explore. The charm of a small town and ease of communication with the owners makes us want to go back! One of the top experiences we've had thanks to the owners!

We visited « Finestres Chinese Wall » and practiced canyoning in the area. For this purpose, Benabarre, is a good location for a few nights. The village is quiet, clean, well maintained and has some beautiful monuments (Church and a Castle, that you can visit for 4€) The village is typical, and not designed for tourists only. I would not drive hours and hours only to visit Benabarre, but as a step of a longer trip in the area, it is good choice. I recommend for hotel with very good value for money.
