The beach is 15 minutes away, the city center is 40 minutes on foot, but public transport is great. If you want to visit the area, the location is great. Parking is solved. Equipment ok.

The breakfast was very good - nice selection. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town, but that suited us fine.
Free tea and coffee available 24/7 in reception which was appreciated. Free soft drinks in the mini-bar which was a pleasant surprise. Rooms very clean and large bathroom.
The swimming pool area was very nice.

Fantastic little boutique hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights here. The room was bright, spacious, nicely designed and very comfortable.
I had the same feeling for the common area where one can enjoy a nice coffee or tea, offert.
The hotel is located in a very quiet area of San Sebastian, maybe too quiet. It is close to the best beach in town, and one can find nice bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We even found the best bakery with the best Tarta de queso I have ever had.
Go on and look for it...
The only little bad thing is that the hotel is a bit difficult to find, and especially when traveling by car.
But overall I highly recommend Umma suite hotel.

It was in a quiet part of town, overlooking the bay and park. That made it a 20 minute walk into the main part of SS but it is a lovely walk along the beaches, looking out to the sea and hills. There is no tea-making facility in the bedroom, but the hotel has its own cafe/restaurant, and there are cafes nearby. The staff were friendly and called a taxi for us
