Really nice place! Well maintained! Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was great. They even prepared dinner for us! Hugo was easy to reach with WhatsApp. He organized transport for us from/to the airport as well.

The grounds are beautiful with so many places to explore or to just sit and relax. The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful and great to deal with. We ate dinner at the restaurant and had a fabulous meal. We only had a few hours (arrived in the afternoon, left early in the morning) but were so glad we choose to stay here for our last night in Ecuador.MargaretUnited States

Staff are very helpful and charming. We wanted a place to relax and acclimatise on arrival in the altitude of Quito, and San José was just right. It hosts a lot of business and other events, but since the hotel and grounds are so big this didn't bother us.
