Ikast is a small but beautiful town, it's geographic position makes it very suitable specially for business travellers flying to or from Billund airport and who want to have multiple visits to Herning, Silkeborg, Viborg, Holstebro, so Ikast is a very budget friendly and central place to stay to visit all the major cities on 15-45 min. drive by a car, while train and bus connections are also available so often.

Would deffo recommend for a cheap holiday stay to sleep for. Herning town centre is 10 minutes away by drive. It is a beautiful town, very peaceful. The rooms were spacious and clean. If you are going as a 4 or as a family. Make sure you write when booking, that you would like to book rooms next to eachother. It is amazingg. Love it. You have to meet the dog Jackson.
