It's a beautifull place, this is the second time in the areau for me. I would recommend these great places: the Hassenhorn summer coaster (action), Todtnau Watterfall, various hiking routes (sport/nature), Freibad Schönau or Todtnau for swimming, Wutachsluchte (beautifull nature!!), Freidburg old city, Europapark.

I was late for arrival and had to call the hotel for help 0100 in the morning. I was lost 5 kilometers away. Thankfully the hotel staff was able to drive me to the hotel. Good brekfast was inclueded in my budget price. Room was quiet. But i had to have the window closed. The hotel has good standard. A very nice please to retreat from the city and refresh.ThomasNorway

The Hochschwarzwald card gives lots of opportunities to enjoy and visit the black forest area and atractions, and landmarks and even to travel for free around. Beautiful place. The kitchen is fully equipped including dish washer and soap, salt, sugar, oil, etc. The couple is very friendly giving useful tips. The tourist card allows to travel on public transport til Basel. The summer toboggan nearby is fun.

Parking on site. Smallish but comfortable room. Everything clean and tidy. Honesty type bar and coffee in the corridor. Good breakfast.
