Very friendly staff, Mladen was very, very helpful and did an amazing job helping me to organize balloons and flowers (that I ordered from a garden store) for my partner, and the extra things they did to our room to make it more special! He made our stay fantastic 11/10! The breakfast was also delicious! Room was very clean, location for us was perfect (at a train station but wasn’t too loud). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Wonderfully friendly and warm atmosphere, we were made to feel truly welcome. I would like to say it was like staying with my family, but my family are not that nice!!! Well at least, my family do not cook as well. Breakfast and evening meals were always excellent and we highly recommend taking the half-board option as the food excels expectations. We are going back again, soon.
