I love the room setting is has everything to microwave.. the building itself looks like a motel but inside it's a 5 star budget hotel. Excellent. Love the Aircon and air cleaner. Love that is also has doors/window to open.. Love that is next to a pizza place, a walking distance to Netto (groceries shop), also has ATM and next to gas station and a super close bus stops to Bad Hersfeld downtown (Banhof)NNovera A. This was the fourth time we stayed here on our way down to Italy, and we do it for a reason. The location is one, but the hotel offers very comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. Furthermore, they have a great restaurant that serves high quality and well prepared food plus a superb breakfast. This is a gem!

We sadly didn't have time to look around the city, but from the French balcony it looked historic and nice and you could hear the murmur of the brook nearby. The room was equipped with all that you need for a stay, even a Dyson ventilator for warm days. The baker in the building plus the gas station next to the hotel, made it very convenient as a pitstop.

Very friendly staff and well organized breakfast with ample choice. we were running a bit late and the staff had prepared everything for a very quick checkin. would definitely consider staying again when en route.

It is altogether a great hotel - great rooms with great beds, really good breakfast and friendly staff.
