We arrived at 21:30 in the evening because we had problems on the road and it was impossible to enter the hotel. They close the reception very early, they don't pick up the phone or anser if you ring the door. We stayed 30 min outside in the middle of nowere, worrying that we will have to sleep in the car (Klingenthal is very small). Luckly we found place at Landhotel Gasthof Zwota close by! They really saved us. It was not very clear from booking that Walfish closes so early and that they have this strict check in policy. Also we were charged 50% of the reservation as if we didn't show up. So if you choose to book this place please keep in mind that you have to be there before 20:30, or you will not sleep!

The room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was perfect for kids. Breakfast was ok. The stuff was nice. The restaurant at the hotel offers different options and food it’s really tasty. Having dinner at the hotel was very convenient.
